10–20 years from now, what will our industry look like?
10–20 years from now, what kind of company will we need to BECOME to stay relevant, let alone compete at a world class next level?
Between now and then, what kind of leader do I need to BE (at work), in order to help my company make the shift more effectively (with much less friction & unnecessary suffering)?
Between now and then, what kind of leader do I need to BE (at home), in order to help prepare my family, my community and my team get to where we want to go in the future?
Is my current level of thinking and behaving going to be enough to get us there?
The reality is… things will never be this slow again; change is unstoppable. And our baseline (current level success formula) is not even close to being optimal. We know this, but we’re stuck in our own “knowing/doing” (BEING) gap.
