Unlike the person quoted above, many of us aren’t aware that we’re not getting it. Like the person quoted above, however, many of us keep our head down and we “go along to get along”…despite the confusion and organizational contradictions. New insights on how to lead agile transformations more effectively, are continuously being learned from a combination of communities including a few of my favorites:

- The most compelling new piece of research on agility: “What Leads to Organizational Agility; It’s Not What You Think” from Elaine D. Pulakos, Tracy Kantrowitz and Benjamin Schneider. (Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research, Vol 71(4), Dec 2019 305–320 ). This new research is helping illustrate much more clearly, what has been missing from the standard perspectives and approaches to agile transformations. Elaine writes:
