THREE WAYS TO SURVIVE AN AGE OF CHANGE AND PREPARE FOR WHAT’S NEXT…

This CO19 crisis qualifies as really bad and really dramatic — lots of unnecessary suffering happening that could have been prevented. Don’t just “get through this” crisis. I recommend doubling down on mastering readiness (while we are keenly present to our lack of it) — not just for next time but for right now.

To become masterful at successfully pursuing new master plans, we need a better set of tools and more effective mindsets. We need to upgrade our human operating system. We can keep what’s serving us well and jettison what’s holding us back. That means focusing on the deeper identity work of upgrading mental models, beliefs, assumptions, perspectives, etc. I’m biased about this though, because that is all I’ve been working on for the last couple decades with communities of practice at Slalom, Stagen, Unbeatable Mind, Axialent, Human Synergistics, OptimalMe, Maddock Douglas, Novak Innovation, Jump, DCG, XPM, FGP, SEALFIT, FHC, WFE, CAL, GagenMacDonald, CEDIM, West Point, SuperSmartHealth, CC, CVDL, Two by Four, Bricker. We’ve been mashing together and experimenting with emerging best practices. We’ve been training together with the intention of becoming more ready, for whatever comes next.
